1) Powered by brand new original   CCEC/DCEC, UKPERKINS, DEUTZ, DOOSAN, YUCHAI, KUBOTA, RICARDO, and YANGDONG  water-cooled diesel engine.
2) Brand new   STAMFORD, LEROY SOMER, or GENLITEC   single bearing 3 phase alternator with IP23 and H insulation class.
3) Original 50ºC radiator with the engine-driven fan mounted on the skid.
4)   DELIXI, CHINT, or  ABB  branded case circuit breaker mounted.
5) Heavy-duty fabricated steel-based frame with built-in fuel tank for at least 8 hours of continuous running.
6) Complete set mounted on a based frame with anti-vibration mountings.
7) Industrial 9 dB muffler exhaust system with flexible connects and bellows.
8) Based frame with fuel, oil, and coolant drain cocks for easy maintenance.
9) 12/24V DC electric start system with free maintenance battery & smart-gen brand battery charger.

Factory Inspection, the test items before   delivery are mainly as follows:
1. Each genset should be tested totally of 2 hours. They are tested on idle, full, and 110% overload.
2. The appearance of the gensets and all labels and nameplates shall be checked.
3. All genset will be packed with seaworthy strong packing.

Warranty policy:
The goods are under warranty against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months or 1000 hours, whichever comes first from the date of delivery to the end user except the damageable spare parts of genset caused by incorrect man-made operation, and the aforementioned warranty for the same taken is back up by the engine and alternator suppliers.
