A:We guarantee our generator with 1000 hrs or 1 year's warranty, whichever comes first. But for some special project generator orders, we will extend the warranty period in accordance with the bid requirement.
Q:Dose Your Generators with Global Warranty?
A: For the generator which is equiped with engine ,like Cummins, Per kins,Deutz,Volvo ,Yangdong,KOFO etc. They are enjoying the global warranty service, and the alternator like Stamford,Leroy Somer,MeccAlte,Marathon etc. They are also with world wide warranty.
Q:What's Your Terms of Payment?
A:We do with 30% down payment before production,70% balance before delivery. We also accept 100% irrevocable confirmed L/C at sight.
Q:How Long the Order Lead Time?
A: Generally, We deliver our generator orders with 25-35days after down payment. And the lead time is negotiable for some special project generator orders.
