1.The Introduction of 4A13 brazing aluminum sheet foil coil strip
4A13 brazing aluminum sheet foil coil strip   belongs to Al-Si brazing alloy,the higher the Si content in the brazing alloy, the better the brazing performance, but the corresponding price is also higher. The Si content of 4A13 alloy is lower than Si content of other brazing materials, which makes its price relatively cheap, so 4A13 alloy has become the first choice for users. However, in order to increase the welding rate of the brazing material, the Si content is taken as the upper limit.
In addition, in brazing materials, it is usually necessary to control the Fe content that can form a compound with Si. Adding Fe can reduce the corrosion of the brazing layer by the brazing material and transform the Al-Si eutectic into Al-Si-Fe eutectic , to increase the mass point of Si and its compound, thereby increasing the welding rate of the radiator.
